To connect to network/shared drives at home or on any network other than Encore01 or Encore_Job, you must connect to our VPN, FortiClient. There are two ways to do so, outlined below:
A. Connect via the task bar menu
- Click the "^" to open the menu
- Right click the FortiClient icon (the blue shield with the check)
- Click "Connect to "Encore VPN""
Note: Once connected, there should be an orange check mark on the icon. If it does not appear, or if you have any issues connecting to shared drives after trying option A, please follow the steps below.
B. Connect via the app
- Open the "FortiClient" app from your desktop or search bar
- In the Zero Trust Telemetry tab, click "Connect"
- Sign in
