Step 2. Is the monitor plugged into a power source via the power cable?
Step 3. On your computer while plugged into the docking station, when you right click on the background screen and choose display settings: Does the display settings show multiple monitors? If not, in the category multiple displays, is the option for "Extend these displays" selected?
Step 4. Have you run Dell Command Update application to check if you have the most current drivers for your docking station?
