Important Notes:
Only add this to your timecard when directed to do so by your supervisor
You cannot override any incentive pay that is already built into a job
Steps: 12 steps to add incentive pay to your timecard
Step 1. Access your timecard through the web browser or Mobile App
Step 2. Click "Add New" on web browser or "Add Project" on mobile App
Step 3. Click on the little arrow next to the box that is labeled Transfer
Step 4. Click "Add Work Rule"
Step 5. Select the incentive that says "Activities XX Percent" where XX matches the percent incentive. If looking for dollars incentive, use Shift Diff 1, 2, or 3.
Step 6. Click "Apply"
Step 7. Click "Apply" again
Step 8. Enter incentive hours on the Activities XX Percent Line
Step 9. Update the "Home" or "Hours Worked" line to reduce the hours by the incentive hours added
Step 10. Click "Save"
Step 11. Ensure Activity Hours Match the Total Above
Step 12. To confirm it is working, click on the "Totals" tab in the bottom left
