Encore Electric iPad Quick Guide

Step 1: Open Catalog

On the iPad Home Screen, tap the blue Catalog icon.

Step 2: Find the App

After Catalog opens, use Search in the upper-right corner or scroll through the list until you find the app.

Tap Install next to the app. If the button says Installed, the app is already installed and no further action is needed.

Issue	What to do
App is not listed	Reach out to the IT Department to get the application approved and added to the catalog.
Install does not start	Close Catalog, restart the iPad, connect to Wi-Fi, and try again.
App says Installed but is not visible	Swipe down on the Home Screen and search for the app name.
App asks for sign-in	Use the app sign-in instructions. Contact Encore IT Support if credentials are missing.
