How to Prevent Meetings from Being Automatically Rebooked to a Different Room

CoPilot will now automatically rebook a new/created meetings/events to a different conference room without confirmation for users with CoPilot licenses. The steps below outline the prevention steps to avoid being booked to a different room.

Note: This must be done in New Outlook. If you prefer Outlook Classic, you can change to New Outlook and then change back by selecting the following button.

Change back to Outlook Classic once below steps are complete

Steps to prevent automatic rebooking:

1. Create a new meeting by selecting the "New Event" button (not by selecting a time slot on your calendar)
2. Select the room. Click "Edit" under the room once selected. Unselect "Rebook declined rooms"
