Adding Senders to Safelist in Fortinet Quarantine

  1. Log in to Encore Electric Quarantine Inbox using the following link: https://encoreelectric-com.fortimailcloud.com/user/login
  2. At the Login screen, enter your Encore Email Address in the “Name” textbox and click “Next”

  1. Click on the gear icon in the upper right corner of the screen (immediately to the left of your email address).

  1. Click on the “Security” tab

  1. Click on “Safe List”
  2. Click on “+ Create” to enter an email address

  1. Enter the email address you want added to your Safelist.

  1. Click “OK”
