iPhone (iOS) Instructions
Step 1 – Enable Contact Sync in Outlook
- Open the Outlook app
- Tap your profile icon (top left)
- Tap the Settings (gear icon)
- Select your work email account
- Turn on “Save Contacts”
Step 2 – Allow Access to Contacts
- When prompted, tap “Allow”
If you don’t see the prompt:
- Open Settings (on your iPhone)
- Scroll down and tap Outlook
- Turn on Contacts
- You can use them for calls, texts, and caller ID
Android Instructions
Step 1 – Enable Contact Sync in Outlook
- Open the Outlook app
- Tap your profile icon (top left)
- Tap the Settings (gear icon)
- Select your work email account
- Turn on“Sync Contacts”
Step 2 – Allow Permissions
- When prompted, tap“Allow”
If needed:
- Open your phone’s Settings
- Go to Apps > Outlook
- Tap Permissions
- Enable Contacts
